Supercharge your Mac's Time and Date gadget in the menu bar

I have always wanted to have a little calendar show on the time and date menu bar item in my Mac (yes, I was from Window). However, there are no such a feature out-of-the-box from Mac! Lucily, there is a software called Day-O , which is a simple but elegant solution to my problem!
