How to properly manage many Remote Desktop instances?

My current project involves deployment and setting of service in different server, everytime something is changed I need to remote to several server to make sure everything is working ok. I got fed up at a point that I have to find the IP of each server from my notes and type that in everytime when a change is made. Then my colleague told me that there is a software from Microsoft that help to handle my pain better. It is the Remote Desktop Connection Manager!

I can save server profiles in the manager and connect to them without remembering the server IP , username or password. And I can log off or disconnect easily. (I hate the way to log out in Window 2012 / Window 8). And it's FREE! give it a try!
