The features I like most are

1. Enhanced ScrollBar , you can have a "min map" of your file in the scroll bar and when you highlight a variable in the code, there is a mark telling you where the same variable is located in the scroll bar

2. Quick Find, you can find within select, document and project quickly in the quick find box

3. Organize Imports for Visual Basic

As part of the co-evolution strategy for Visual Basic and C#, we continue to bring the best features from each language experiences to the other. With Organize Imports for Visual Basic we’ve added yet another feature to that list. From the context menu, it allows you to sort the imports logically and remove the ones that aren’t being used. There are actually much more features, but I found those free are most useful to me. Moreover, there is also a trick which is not part of the addon, it is build in in visual studio, try the "Ctrl + ," shortcut, you can find by filename/class with that!
