How to watch Netflix outside US for free?

Lately got a friend to ask how to watch Netflix outside US on Apple TV. Initial google search returned some paid services that they provide you with a US DNS and you put that in your Apple TV. With my habit to exploit "free" way of doing things, I found tvunblock.com which provide free US DNS but there is a catch, you need to go to the website to register your IP every 30 days. I think it is "ok" to do that (or later I can find ways to automate that). So here are the instruction to do it

1. Go to TVUnblock.com , you will see 2 sets of IP of their DNS server, jot it down for later use (please notice the small word in the "Note" saying when the IP will expired and you need go to the page again.)

2. Go to https://www.unblock-us.com/how-to-set-up/ and find the device that you want to watch Netflix with (it range from Window 7, 8, Mac, PS3, PS4 , Smart TV, Apple TV, iPad, iPhone, Android)

Enjoy your netflix outside US! :)
