How to Implement Google Instant Pages on your Website?

Google has launched a new feature on its Chrome, it is called "Google Instant Pages", it preloaded a link of your choice (just put a simple <link rel="prerender" href="http://example.com/the-link-user-will-most-likely-go-to-next.html"/>, and if the user really click on the link of your choice, he/she will feel the page "instantly" appear!
